Flavor - can range from rich, tangy to light and fruity flavor. The flavor varies from year to year, depending on what is in bloom. The terroir (weather, soil and terrain) all play a part in the flavor of wildflower honey in any given year.
Color - Wildflower honey can range in anywhere from a light amber to very dark amber, depending on what is it bloom and when the honey is harvested.

This product cannot be shipped. This is pickup only in Beaverton, Oregon, or paid local delivery. Honey may come in quarts jars, 1/2 gallon jars or a 1 gallon bucket depending on packaging availability.
