Smell - depends on the source. Wildflower Honey can be floral, fruity, smoky woody, spicy, nutty or earthy
Flavor - can range from rich, tangy to light and fruity flavor. The flavor varies from year to year, depending on what is in bloom. The terroir (weather, soil and terrain) all play a part in the flavor of wildflower honey in any given year.
Color - Wildflower honey can range in anywhere from a light amber to very dark amber, depending on what is it bloom and when the honey is harvested.
Pairs with: teas, coffee, on toast and baked goods; drizzle over fruit; use in salad dressings.
