This honey was produced in the Tualatin Valley of NW Oregon using organic beekeeping methods. No heat was used in the entire process and the honey is not filtered, thus all the goodness is still there. Because the batches are small, it will be processed on a first come first served basis. Each batch has variations due to the different botanical sources.
Raw honey can crystallize as the glucose comes out of solution. One option is to place the honey jar in a bowl of warm water. This will allow the honey to gently warm up to beehive temperatures. Depending on the type of honey, this might make the honey smoother.
